'The staff was excellent however it was the small things. First no towels in the room. We had to ask for them. Second the internet was horrible the first night into the next day-so no TV during that time. Pool wasn't in operation and no fridge in the room. And the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel was clean just a little older and very quiet which was a plus. If we ever decide to visit again we would stay there again.'

'Hot tub was closed. Room smelt horrible, like pure chemicals. It triggered my daughter’s asthma. The pillow cases were very yellow. Also sheets were dirty. You could see through the curtains. Towels , shower curtain and shower curtain were also yellow. Dirty under the fridge. The carpet was coming up by the bathroom, it was a literal trip hazard. The furniture was chipped and old. 'This was a wonderful stay, a true 5 star place. Very clean except for all the cobwebs on the patio but that was minor. We loved staying here. No breakfast but great coffee. We loved standing out on the patio watching the boats go in and out of the lake and listening to the birds in the trees to the south of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. all of the staff were super helpful.'
