Enjoy an exclusive stay in this elegant four-room apartment located in a well-maintained complex right in the heart of Gallipoli. The bright and functional apartment features 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa and a single bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette; 3 bathrooms—2 with showers and one with a tub—and a private balcony. Amenities designed for your comfort: air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, private parking, a concierge service, and a shared garden with benches.



The main street of Gallipoli is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the beaches of Lido San Giovanni and Baia Verde—where you’ll find beach clubs and bars—are just a few minutes’ drive away. Both the shower and the bathtub feature a whirlpool system. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. In the complex, we have other apartments (5 two-room, 8 three-room, and 1 four-room) for a total of 90 beds, ideal for hosting families or large groups of young people. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

ON-SITE: Sheets and towels: guests may choose to bring their own or, upon request, rent them for 15 per person for the entire duration of their stay. Tourist tax: 1 per night per person (ages 16 and up)

For groups of young people of 4 or more people, a security deposit of 200 is required, payable in cash at check-in. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, also in cash, after an inspection of the property and provided the house rules have been followed.
