« Place is new, modern and clean. Staff needs better management. I called to request a steamer and was told I had to get it from the front desk. Once I get there they couldn’t find the steamers and said they would arrange for someone to bring one to our room. We requested extra towels and that also took at least half an hour to arrive. Staff were on their personal phones, some had a very unprofessional, unkept appearance. The cafe was okay. One barista was great but the next night a different...

« Everything about our stay was incredible - cannot say enough great things about this accommodation and the hosts! We were greeted by friendly staff, met with great amenities for the price, and felt safe and taken care of during our stay. The view is spectacular, and the room was perfect for our one-night stay. Clean property, thoughtful additions (like wine glasses with a bottle opener, magazines, soaps, etc) and a light continental breakfast. I'd highly recommend this location for business...

« Room had damage to walls, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the thermostat did not control the temperature. For 250 a night I would expect the rooms to be taken care of. »

« I had called the day before about needing one of my rooms to be a pet friendly room. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay. »

« D is for depressing, below average “DUBQUE” (misspelled on the front entrance banner) Inn & Suites. WAY overpriced. »

« Me and my friend had the cave room and it was absolutely fantastic!!! We stayed for one night but this room was spotless when we got there, everything was so perfect and clean. The staff were super friendly! Good location and great price for everything included:) »

« Property needs to be renovated and the outside needs some proper landscaping. Front desk was not there. Had to wait 5 minutes after dialing the number and ringing. Room clean and beds comfortable. »
