The Space:
Note* There are 100+ steps to get down to the dock :) It is a beautiful and private path but it is fairly steep and not friendly for those that may have physical limitations such as young children, elderly, etc. There is a community boat launch in the neighborhood so there are options to help everyone get to the dock or water!

We strive to put quality linens, supplies, decor, and entertainment in the home so that this place can serve many families for many years. We also partner with the best cleaners in town to make sure you have a clean and comfortable stay!
We also love to travel so we have tried to make the home a place that we would want to stay with all of the details covered.
The TVs are Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided.
We provide items like a pack-n-play along with eating ware for the littles. We have little ones of our own and know how important those details are.
There is plenty of parking for several vehicles as well as boats and trailers.

Note* The grill is a propane grill, we typically provide one but if it runs out during your stay, kindly let us know so we can send some. :)
Guest access: You get the whole house outdoor space is yours! The property also offers self check-in, giving you the flexibility to arrive at your convenience. The whole home and the long driveway has plenty of parking. No parking on the grass or street.
It is very important that all guests are respectful to our next door neighbors. The county strictly enforces complaints from neighbors and fines will be passed on to guests. Please respect quiet hours, do not play loud music outside, and be mindful of behavior that would negatively impact the neighbors :)
Also, for the comfort of all residents in the area, we kindly ask that there be no loud music and no wake in the cove.
Please note that violations of these rules may result in penalties, so we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
This property offers self check-in, giving guests the flexibility to arrive and settle in at their convenience.
Other Things to Note:
The house is right next door to the neighbor’s house and it is very important that we maintain a peaceful setting for them by not being disruptive neighbors. Specifically this means that we require all of the following from our guests:
1. No loud music outside at any time. 2. No parking cars on the street or grass at any time. 3. Quiet time between 9 pm and 8 am which means maintaining the noise to a level that wouldn’t be heard in the neighbors house. 4. Lights - we require that the hot tub lights go out by 10 to minimize the brightness for the neighbors. 5. If you’re arriving late, please be courteous as you’re unloading.
We want you to have a wonderful, stress-free experience and part of that is making sure we maintain positive experiences with the neighbors :)
Please review the Hall county short term rental ordinance for specific county rules about parking, noise, occupancy, etc. As hosts we strictly adhere to the county ordinance to maintain good standing with the county and we require our guests to do the same. If you have concerns about your party’s ability to respect these rules, please consider another property as you may be subject to fines if these rules are broken and complaints are submitted by the neighbors.\
Dock & Water Level Disclaimer: Please note that dock usability is subject to seasonal water levels and natural conditions beyond our control. At times, the angle or water conditions may limit safe access, and the dock may not be suitable for certain activities. While we strive to maintain the property and amenities, nature can affect the experience.
We will continue to be proactive in communicating with guests and setting expectations, but kindly plan accordingly and use caution when accessing the dock. This helps ensure safety and avoids disappointment if water levels are lower than expected.
Pets are not permitted at the property. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty and may lead to removal from the premises.
Reminder of our CANCELLATION POLICY:
We stick to our cancellation policy for every booking. Including for weather related or power outage issues. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance when booking. When you make a booking, it blocks our calendar off so we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure we can continue to operate the property profitably and provide a great experience for all guests. Requests to change your dates are treated the same as cancellations. If you ask us to cancel or change your dates, we will point you to this on our listing description as well as the multiple reminders to purchase travel insurance that we send prior to your stay.
Please do not allow anyone in your party to climb on railings, bannisters, retaining walls, stairwells, decks, etc. where there is a possibility of a fall. You are responsible for your party and by confirming your reservation you accept the responsibility to keep your party safe. Please notify us of any safety concerns you have upon check-in and we will be happy to have those items addressed quickly.
Please note that check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. While the calendar may allow you to book a check-out on these dates, you will be required to adjust your stay accordingly. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to cancel any affected reservations.
No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.
Also, please note: we are not responsible for any storms, natural disasters, weather-related events, or utility outages that may impact your stay. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Interaction with Guests: We are available 24/7 via message and do our best to respond to all messages quickly so that you can enjoy your stay!
