'I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a very disappointing experience. The first day, the room was acceptable, but after that, housekeeping was extremely poor. On the second day, I had to take out my own trash because no one cleaned the room. I reported the issue, but the next day the room was in even worse condition. By the fourth day, the housekeeping supervisor had to come personally to clean the room. The breakfast was good .Throughout my stay, the bed sheets were never changed....

'I had an excellent stay. All the way from the desk clerks, breakfast attendants, and housekeepers they provided superb service. The hotel was well maintained inside and outside and no type of debris lying anywhere. The food was excellent and the breakfast attendants had such lively and glowing personalities. All employees gave outstanding service and made me feel welcome with their warmth, being attentive, and made me feel valued as a customer and a person. It was a pleasure to stay here.'

'My new absolute favorite place to stay! The XStay location we stayed at looked like it was very recently built and brand new. It’s more like luxury apartment extended stay for corporate workers than a hotel. There was no check in desk and check in related signage was not complete, but we finally figured out that the Fairfield Inn Suites about 60 yards away would handle it. A simple sign would have saved us the xtra 30 minutes of stress. The room had a cali king bed with king pillows, kohler...

'This unique historic property was a delight to visit. Justin our host was incredibly passionate about the history of the house and the area. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House.'

'Breakfast and unlimited coffee was great. Nice lounge area inside and out to hang out outside of room. Pool was clean as well. Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind.'

'I only stayed for one night but the room as very clean, beds were comfortable and the fact that you have on site free parking is a plus. Definitely considering staying there in the future.'

'The front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff were all exceptionally kind, polite and efficient. We loved the Hotel and the vibe. The breakfast was delish & presented lovely, and the coffee was so good!! We have 2 comments : 1)the hide a bed mattress was horrible, thin with no support. Our son slept on top of the couch instead because it was at least firm 2) the cigarette butts littered all over the front entrance and the front flower bed made this property look like a cheap place.
