'Very clean and helpful people'

'Coming from the airport, we needed a convenient place to stay. The Ibis is right next to the bus station, so that worked our fine. However their promise for quick service didn't really work out, spent more than half an hour waiting to check in... Rooms are standard Ibis rooms. Safety is good. In all, it's an Ibis, you get just that, with slower service.'

'Clean, new, convenient, location great. Really good price!'

'Excellent and very personalized and attentive service. Great breakfast, especially the "huevos Casa Conde". Atmosphere of neighbourhood isn't the greatest at the moment compared to a few years back, but that applies to all of Santiago'

'Muy amables los propietarios y exelente ubicación'

'Buena ubicación'

'Ruime kamers. Modern. Comfortabel. Ideale ligging bij station, metro, terminal Alameda. '

'Schoon en authentiek hotel. Perfect ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Leuke rooftopbar.'

Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again.'

Localisation parfaite de l'hôtel près de la place des armes et du palais de la Moneda. Personnel sympathique et serviable, surtout à la réception.'

'Excellent emplacement'

'The room has an unique interior, and so is the lobby. It is a small hotel, so don't expect an enormous amount of space.'

'Conforme os anúncios anteriores!👍'

'Alles was goed. Transfer naar het hotel liet op zich wachten, maar toch zeer vriendelijk.'

'The hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast was free for guest from 6 AM to 11 AM. However, parking garage smelled like a sewer and so did the elevator is coming up from the parking garage. Vincent was pretty helpful at the front desk. His other colleagues were not at times. When we asked for extra towels, they said they were only available after 9 AM to 5 PM. We were scolded that we left dirty towels in the hallway. Getting in and out of the parking garage was difficult, especially when we were...
