'初のグランピングでしたが、最高すぎて幸せでした。スタッフの方の親切なご対応から始まり展望風呂や焚き火、ウェルカム焼きマシュマロ、食事、部屋、ジャグジー風呂、などなど、全てが良かった！また行きたいと思います。いやぁ、でも1番はスタッフの笑顔かなぁ。癒された。'

'We wish we could have stayed longer. What a beautiful hotel. The food was great and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The pyjamas and beds are also really comfy. We will be back. Arigato gozaimashita! '

'This hotel was an older, but elegant, well kept hotel. The service was excellent from checking in to breakfast to housekeeping. The hotel seemed a little out of the way, but a free city bus to the outlets was close by. There was a beautiful garden onsite and both the Western breakfast and Japanese breakfast were delicious. The rooms were well apportioned and very large.'

'I’d like that they have a good view of Fuji mountain and the place is clean and comfy ! Onsen was the best ! Some of the staff are very friendly and some are not .. oh well I don’t ask too much but I enjoyed my stay anyway '
