In case of cancellation, early departure, or late arrival, the terms of the guest accommodation contract will apply.Early departure due to adverse weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances does not exempt the tenant from paying rent or compensation.Guests are encouraged to separate their waste.To respect future guests, smoking is only allowed on the terraces.Each holiday apartment may only be occupied by the agreed number of guests.The tenant must care for the apartment and its furnishings and leave them tidy.The tenant is responsible for any damages they cause.For non-washable stains on bed linens or towels, as well as any significant stains on the walls, a flat-rate compensation will be required.Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m., and check-out should be around 10:00 a.m.Pets are generally not permitted.No final cleaning fees will be charged if the tenant leaves the apartment in good order.Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
