En matière de cuisine, il est parfois difficile de satisfaire tous les goûts, mais nous faisons toujours de notre mieux et les retours majoritairement positifs nous y encouragent. Nuestras piscinas permanecen abiertas durante todo el año, y solo se calientan a unos 23 C durante los meses de invierno, ya que la temperatura diurna en verano es alta. Las condiciones climáticas como el viento o la nubosidad también influyen en la temperatura de las piscinas, pero estas suelen ser muy agradables durante estos meses. Jeden Mittwoch bieten wir viel mehr spanische Gerichte zu, wie Ziegenfleisch, Ropa Vieja, grüne Paprikaschoten, Garnelen, uvm zu. Ausserdem können unsere Gäste auch einer unseren Themenrestaurant mit Vorreservierung ohne weitere Zusatzkosten besuchen. So befinden sich „Tapas“ und „Asia“ in unserem SBH Maxorata Resort in Jandia. Generell haben alle unsere Matratzen einen festen Härtegrad und werden auch regelmässig erneuert, um den Schlafkomfort zu garantieren. Aber natürlich ist erfahrungsgemäss das Empfinden des Komforts einer Matratze oft sehr individuell und aus diesem Grunde bieten wir diverse Optionen an, wie zum Beispiel spezielle Unterlagen, um die Beschaffenheit der Matratzen an die Gewohnheiten unserer Gäste anzupassen. We also have show-cooking and furthermore we give our guests the option to make a reservation once a week in our themed restaurant like “Asia” or “Tapas” which are located in SBH Maxorata Resort in Jandia or in Costa Calma “Asiatico” in SBH Monica Beach Resort and “Mare Nostrum” in SBH Crystal Beach Hotel & Suites Adults-Only. The hotels in the Canary Islands are seasonally open all the year round and so we try through intensive care, daily checks and minor renovations to offer our guests a 4* and to ensure our guests the comfort which they expect from us.
