Hôtel près de Fontaine de Cibeles (Mexico)

« El concepto de las bebidas de cortesía, súper bien »

« I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Mexico! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The location is absolutely ideal, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It truly made my trip memorable. Thank you to the wonderful team for their exceptional service! »

« Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine chez Lasai Casa. Le personnel (notamment Eumir) a été aux petits soins pour toutes nos demandes. Je salue la grande réactivité et l’amabilité du personnel ainsi que la propreté et la localisation des lieux. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour quiconque souhaite passer quelques jours à Mexico City (une ville merveilleuse). »

« Great location, cute little boutique hotel, everything brand new. Nice rooftop bar as well as a separate martini bar on the second floor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good choice of place to stay in central Roma district. »

« Beautiful building with a lot of elegance and character. Arda the restaurant downstairs is a plus and walk in any direction from Maison Celeste and you find either a good coffee shop or restaurant. »

« Tout ok »

« We stayed 8 nights here. we are very disappointed with our stay and the experience. The good points: ⁃ The location of the hotel And the security we felt very safe here. ⁃ The room was OK. ⁃ The housekeeping of the room was perfect. The bad points: ⁃ The noise of the AC. All day and all night. The AC are installed on the roof of the room. ⁃ The breakfast. It is really bad for the price we paid. There is nothing to eat. A few slice of cheese and ham. Sometimes, a few sausages. And a cup...

« L'appartement est très bien. L'accueil du personnel était très chaleureux et très professionnel. Les installations sont presque neuves et en excellent état. Il est situé à proximité de restaurants et permet d'accéder facilement aux transports en commun. »

« This property needs a lift gate or a handicap ramp to assist with luggage. Especially if the front desk do not allow you to use the handicap lift. I feel bad whoever can’t lift 40lbs luggage upstairs »

« Very nice room & the rooftop is very enjoyable »

« The location was really nice and the listing was accurate. However the receptionist working in the morning was quite rude and we were not allowed to leave our bags in the lobby during check-in or check-out despite this being mentioned in the listing. The staff were not helpful at all and simply told us to figure it out ourselves. Overall the place was nice but the lack of assistance and inconsistency with the listing made the experience less enjoyable. »

« Ok, a little expensive for the service »
