Villa's in Fucecchio

'We had a great time there! The garden and the pool are beautiful. In the outside you can feel really private, because the hole property is fenced in. Only one of the sleeping rooms is not as nice as the other two, it is dark and smells like an wet cellar.'

'Very hospital en friendly owner. Beautiful house (at about a15 minutes climb by car). Nice, well equipped, terrace with a wonderful view. Clean bedrooms with good beds. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets. Clean en nice bathrooms with good showers. Well equipped kitchen. We recommend it.'

'Heerlijk rustige locatie. Schitterend weids uitzicht. Weg er naar toe is behoorlijk hobbelig maar te doen. Alles aanwezig in het huis, echter de keuken en woonkamer zijn aan de kleine kant. En advertentie is niet duidelijk dat het om een 2-onder-1 kap woning gaat, dus je kunt directe buren hebben.'

'It was so wonderful to be up in the hills of Tuscany and enjoying the outdoors. The house was so charming and historic We were able to walk up to an excellent restaurant in another historic building. As well, it was so close to Lucca and the train station. 'Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Küche und der gemütliche Essplatz mit Aussicht sind ideal zum selbst Kochen (mehr als geplant). Joggen und Wandern direkt ab dem Haus ist möglich, die Topografie ist sehr steil. Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Die Gastgeber begleitet von Hunden und einem Schaf sind sehr zuvorkommend.'

'The spaces are great for larger groups to have space away and privacy for breaks. The pool and outdoor dining area was amazing. As expected, water pressure in these older homes can be inconsistent, but was not a problem. The home is a bit away from major highways, so day trips were a little more local driving, but didn’t limit us. Host family is nearby for support, but non intrusive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful dinner prepared our final night and everything was very hospitable.'

'Wij hebben met 6 tieners en 6 volwassenen twee weken in het huis geslapen. Prachtig uitzicht, mooie tuin, heerlijk zwembad, ruime kamers en genoeg badkamers. De kwaliteit van de keuken vonden wij iets minder. De oven werkte niet goed, koelkast sloot niet goed en de vaatwasser ging kapot. Gelukkig is dit laatste snel opgelost. Communicatie met Fiona verliep snel en soepel.'

'A beautiful villa with an amazing pool, the villa was clean well equipped, in a good condition, everything you can think off for a great vacation. Communicating with Marco was easy and Marco was always quick in his response. An absolute Highlight was the private dinner by chef Daniella. We would highly recommend to check with Marco about the options for a in-house, private dinning by Daniella. Thanks Marco for a great vacation!!'

'De aankomst was heel relaxed. Geen gezeur over tijden, het huis was vrij dus wij waren welkom. En wat een gastvrij welkom. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het huis is heel compleet en het buitenverblijf is fantastisch. Heerlijk zwemmen en grillen. In de omgeving fijne restaurantjes. Ook daar word je door de eigenaar over geïnformeerd. Kortom mooi huis in een fijne omgeving, centraal Toscane.'

'We booked the villa with three friends and had a marvellous time. Everything worked very well at the villa , the view was breathtaking by day and night. Even the weather was in our favour. We did many trips to other cities and profited from Ron’s tips on dinner locations.'

'Fint sted, men ikke så retvisende at der står at der er aircondition i annoncen, men i realiteten er det mod ekstrabetaling. Der er i det hele taget en del som er mod ekstrabetaling som ikke fremgår af annoncen. Det bør fremgå. Vask, affaldssortering mm. Men smukt sted, og god udlejer ifht. At respondere på beskeder. Dog lidt misforståelser på engelsk.'

'We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze accommodatie. Het was heel ruim, de bedden waren fijn, alles was netjes en de keuken was uitgerust met meer dan genoeg van alles. De grote tuin met zwembad is perfect om in te ontspannen wanneer de zon schijnt. Verder ligt het op prima afstand van leuke plekken zoals Lucca en Montecarlo. Communicatie met de gastvrouw ging heel gemakkelijk en zij kon ons tips geven over de omgeving en heeft een maaltijd voorbereid voor onze avond van check-in. We zouden...

'Het was een goed en mooi verblijf. Vooral de ligging tussen de olijfbomen en zicht op de bergen is fijn Ruim en met alle benodigdheden. Leuk en groot zwembad met ligstoelen, ook veel mogelijkheden voor schaduw. Kort bij Pisa, Lucca, de zee, Firenze op geen al te grote afstand. Goeie gastheer'

'House was super clean and comfortable. Assistant Monica was incredibly helpful and kind and spoke some English. She not only gave great information but dropped off a cake for my daughters birthday. The home had all the conveniences of home along with much more. This was super conveniently located and close to Lucca and Pisa. An hour away from a few more line Florence and CinqueTerra and more. Comfortable for ten. Great little restaurant close as well. We really enjoyed our stay. Cheers We will...

'I knew instantly when I saw the listing for this Villa that it stood apart from the others! In person though it is even more beautiful! The owner is a decorator and his home is like a showroom for his talent and taste. We even visited his design shop where we loved things everywhere we looked. He( Giovanni) is very nice and even brought us breakfast one morning! To talk about our magical stay I must talk about the manager, Martina! From her beautiful welcoming smile to her unbelievable...

'Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche Familienzeit in diesem fantastischen Anwesen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, mit viel, viel Liebe eingerichtet und mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet. Die Liebe zum Detail ist in jeder Ecke spürbar. Die herzlichen Vermieter und auch die Nachbarschaft standen uns stets mit Rat und Tat und Tipps zur Seite.
