'Everything was very clean and we felt immediately welcomed by an adorable letter board beside a bowl of snacks in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and, despite the lack of air conditioning, the temperature felt perfect inside and if we had wanted to cool off there was an openable window in the master bedroom. The board games (we had a blast with the spider-man monopoly) and coffee bar were a welcomed addition as well that we were thankful for! The area around the property is exceptionally...

'This rental worked perfectly for section hiking the AT while my husband worked. It was spacious and clean with a full kitchen and great bathroom. The king bed was very comfortable. It’s on a busy street but we travel with our white noise machine so that was not a problem. Loved the decor '

A couple of maintenance issues but they were explained and didn't inconvenience me at all. Two things, if you are arriving at night, the building numbers are on the far-left end of the building, white with red background and blending into the second-floor balcony railing. 'We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...
