You will have exclusive, private access to the home, a fenced back yard for pet(s) and an electric vehicle charging station on. All the amenities you could ask for and then some.
The space is new, fresh and modern. Furnished for the traveler looking for multi-day stays. Built by cyclists for cyclists but this is one for all to enjoy. This unique property blends a charming downtown exterior with a stylish modern interior. Often drawing comparison to Scandinavian design, its plentiful natural light, wood birch walls and vaulted ceilings exude airiness throughout. It comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a center island that opens up to more living space. Whether discussing the trails or planning some other adventure, it is the perfect gathering place. Adjacent we offer a desk/workspace, full-size washer/dryer closet. A private bedroom with a queen-size bed connects direct to the bathroom. We also offer a full-size pull out bed and big screen TV.
Exclusive access
No shared spaces. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, porch, patio and front yard area.
Downtown Fruita has blossomed into a thriving community and while it continues to develop all types of tourism opportunities, mountain biking remains at the top. A scene that has been developing for 40yrs, during which time some of the best riding trails were developed. Fruita's love affair with bicycling is woven into its culture, finding its way into daily business, the arts and even the food. It's a lifestyle.
However there is much more than biking. There are fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and breweries just around the corner. The art scene is incredible so be sure to explore the entire downtown. And though they may be long gone, we cannot forget about our predecessors, the dinosaurs. Predating the bicycle era by only a few hundred million years. The dinosaur museum is entertaining for all ages. When you finish there trek back in time at the Colorado National Monument. Getting on the trail or around Fruita is best done on a bicycle. Both our local bike shops can get you setup.
Parking is directly adjacent the home and an EV charging point on request. Pet owners please clean up and dispose of any waste. In addition we ask that the yard area is restored to its original condition before check-out. EV charging usage is monitored using the charge point app. The cost of electricity is the guest’s responsibility and we please ask that payment is made prior to check out. We can do this several ways, whatever is easiest for you the guest.
