'The breakfast was ok, we decided to skip it, the elevator didn’t work one morning so we had to bring our stuff down from the fourth floor. We didn’t get the room cleaned nor new towels, when I asked for them they told me to go down to get them. Not impressed.'

'Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was my first but definitely won’t be the last. The lovely gentlemen working on the afternoon and evening of June 20th were super friendly and gave A+ customer service. The room was spotless and with the weather being humid the air conditioning was also too notch. The coolness of the room was extremely inviting and much appreciated after being outside all evening. The location was perfect and near so many restaurants and shopping areas. Cannot wait to come back...

'We stayed for 4 days and 4 night. The whole time we asked for the trash and fresh towels daily. And not once did housekeeping pick up our trash. And the only young black man that worked nights was any help. He was always polite and he would give us fresh towels. Other than trash not being picked up or not getting fresh towels. That was okay.'
