This detached villa in Saint-Aygulf near Fréjus offers plenty of space across approximately 130 m² for up to six people, the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday or a getaway with friends.



The villa features three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds. Two bathrooms and an additional toilet ensure sufficient comfort even when fully occupied. The bright living and dining area flows into the open, fully equipped kitchen. With an induction hob, oven, large fridge and freezer as well as a coffee machine, everything is available. Air conditioning, WiFi and a television make your stay pleasant. Bed linen and towels are already included in the price.



In the fenced garden, you will find a private pool with armchairs and sun loungers, a terrace and various garden furniture, where you can start the day with breakfast under the southern sun or end the evening with a glass of rosé.



Only about 700 metres from the villa lies the beautiful Calanque du Pont de Bois, a small bathing cove with crystal-clear water, which is counted among the most beautiful natural spots in the region. Also within a few minutes' walk begins the spectacular coastal hiking trail Sentier des Douaniers de Saint-Aygulf, which runs along the turquoise Mediterranean Sea over rocks, through pine forests and past hidden coves.



Saint-Aygulf is a charming coastal town with a relaxed atmosphere, small cafés, restaurants, bakeries and a Provençal weekly market. The long sandy beaches are ideal for families and invite you to swim, snorkel or stand-up paddling, as do the many small coves.
