This Beautiful Mid-Century-Modern house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just two blocks (short drive) from the main strip of Main Street in Texas Hill Country’s unofficial capital of food and wine.

Other Things to Note:

The house has plenty of parking for up to 3 cars. This is in a neighborhood setting, please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Fireplace is for ambience only - not a working fireplace.



Also, please note we have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.



If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.



Interaction with Guests:

If you have any questions during your stay we are always available via text/call. You will be given all property management team members phone numbers once you receive check-in information if anything should come up. Our management company is local so someone will be available should you need us for unexpected emergencies.
