This spacious home is perfect for groups to gather together and never feel crowded. Nice lighted oudoor pergola with tables, chairs for celebrating & socializing. Fire pit + chairs in the backyard. Every aspect of this home has been designed to give our guests a memorable Hill Country experience.

This home will be yours and yours alone. You will have complete access to (3) bedrooms including the 40 foot bunk room (5 beds), 3 gorgeous baths (2 with over sized showers & 1 with a tub/shower), full custom kitchen, dining room for 12, living room with smart TV, wi-fi & designer features and private, fenced back yard with seating, fire pit and grill.

Other things to note:
Full kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a meal including dish washer & a separate dining room that seats 12. All cookware, dishes, etc. are provided. (4) gourmet coffees & an array of condiments are provided by the host as well as a selection of teas.
Outdoor area offers a charcoal grill as well as seating & a fire pit for evenings.
Plenty of plush towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner & bath items provided.
Home is furnished with new top of the line mattresses & extra comfy sheets & bedding.
Extras in house include hair dryers, iron & board, house manual w/local info.
