Two luxury suites are available in this turn of the century Victorian Home located just two blocks south of Main Street, and overlooks Barons Creek. Shopping, restaurants and churches are within easy walking distance. As you can tell by the name of the home, your host is a cycling enthusiasts and even offers bike storage to his guests. The suites are decorated elegantly and with a modern flair. Your host has collected much of the art work and decorator items through his years of travel.

Upstairs (Suite 2)
A large suite upstairs is both comfortable and graciously elegant. A queen bed is in the bedroom and the bath has a clawfoot tub with handheld shower. The living room's love seat is placed to enjoy the flat screen television.

The kitchen is fully equipped with range/oven, small refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. A glass table is comfortable for four people. Just outside the suite is a long porch... perfect for relaxing and visiting. Comfortable seating areas are on the porch.

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
