This quaint home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a living room, and a dining room, and comfortably sleeps 4 people. In the spacious living room, a large couch and a 1-seater await you for a glass of wine in front of the large flat-screen TV. Or, make your way out to the backyard, where you will be greeted by a relaxing hot tub and a warm fire pit. Sit back and enjoy this peaceful, special space!



The Space:

One of this home’s many appealing attributes is the kitchen’s quality stainless steel appliances, and dinnerware. It comes stocked with a full complement of plate ware, flatware, glassware, wine glasses, and many other “nice to have” options for those wishing to cook or dine in. It’s certain to be a much-loved destination for cooking enthusiasts and foodies alike!



Additionally, both of the bedrooms offer luxurious bedding that provides an exceptional night of restorative sleep. Lay your head back and let yourself drift off to sleep, in preparation for yet another great day in Fredericksburg!

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.

Not ready for occupancy

The property was NOT ready for us upon arrival. There were electrical issues with the property and there was no power to the house. The Management company was contacted and their maintenance team was quite responsive and very professional. After a few hours, power was reliably restored. It took until the following day and technician before other things were safely operational, such as the hot tub. There were no opaque window shades so we were unable to walk from room to room without turning out all the lights in those rooms. Exterior lights from neighbors showed through the see through shades in the bedrooms. I had no contact with the property manager, only their surpurb maintenance personnel. The property manager was non-responsive to my calls. I would not recommend this company.
