There is a sofa that pulls out into a Queen bed. It is in an open space and is a cozy, flexible space perfect for kids or a second couple.

Pet-Free Property
Mountain Cabin 12 is a strictly pet-free home. Bringing an animal to the property will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Stress-Free Check-In
Arriving late? No problem. Check-in is completely stress-free — you'll receive a unique personal door code for the duration of your stay, valid 24/7. No keys, so easy peasy!

Parking
Plenty of room for the whole group — park in front of Garage #12 or any other unmarked space in the lot.

Like most homes in the Winter Park area, Mountain Cabin 12 does not have A/C.. The cool mountain climate keeps things naturally comfortable. Ceiling fans in every room and an extra fan in the primary bedroom closet.

Visiting in the spring or fall? Although the resort base takes a seasonal break, downtown Winter Park stays open year round and is very cute in the off-season.
