'Very beautiful old hotel in the middle of the antique row. Just walking distance to the heart of the French Quarter. '

'I paid 600 USD per night for 2 nights. I expect a certain level of service when i check into a Ritz carlton. They use this covid situation for selling their rooms at a high price but strip all the service away. 1) There was no roomservice 2) When we were there there wan't any bar open in the hotel. 3) The safe in the room didn't work and i have been waiting in the room for hours till someone came to fix it. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it so my valuables weren't safe. I had to call...

'We enjoyed the property and staff was great. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Pool was good, needs a little updating, tiles around were not stable. All in all was a nice stay! '

'Staff was very friendly and extremely helpfull. Hotel is in the middle of city center, so this is very convenient. We stayed on the 11th floor, but we hardly heard anything at night of the busy city center (and we stayed during Mardi Gras)'
