NOUVEAU ! Combinaison Deer and Birches - 2 belles maisons sur la même propriété !

The rental includes the rental of 2 gorgeous homes, "Three Birches by the Lake" and "Deer Run", that are both on the same property! Both homes are owned by the same owner and have been beautifully and meticulously renovated in recent years with great attention to details! Both homes have air conditioning, bonfire rings, gas grills, outdoor dining, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and streaming televisions! Perfect for large families, extended families, and group trips!


GUEST INTERACTION:

We have a local manager property that lives in the area and is available to address guest questions and/or concerns as needed.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

The location of the property is great for exploring Frankfort, which is famous for it's wonderful, family-friendly public beach, it's growing downtown area with lots of shops and eateries, and for fishing both on Lake Michigan and on the Betsie River which flows into Lake Michigan in Frankfort. Point Betsie Lighthouse on Lake Michigan is also only about a 5-minute drive north from the property and it's a fun place for families or couples to visit.

The two homes are also just a 20-minute drive from the start of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and all of its gorgeous natural beauty. Similarly, Crystal Lake, one of Michigan's most famous and gorgeous inland lakes, is just a 10-minute drive from the home. Legendary M-22 is just a few blocks from the property and taking it north around the Leelanau Peninsula and exploring the cute little beach towns of the Leelanau Peninsula is a very fun experience. Crystal Mountain Resort in Thompsonville is also only a 23-minute drive from the property for great skiing and golf!

The two homes are also only about a 1-hour drive from downtown Traverse City, which is the financial, entertainment, dining, and arts capital of all of northern Michigan. There is a vast array of things to do and see in Traverse City if you wish to make a day trip to Traverse City to exploring "bigger city" options.


GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to the entire house except for 2 closets that are locked off for owner storage.


THE SPACE:

This 2 vacation rental homes together possess a number of features that are very difficult to find in the area:

* Three living rooms to allow groups and families to spread out and relax!
* An amazing location that is just 4 blocks from the fun and family-friendly Frankfort Public Beach and Lake Michigan and that is just 2 blocks from the charming and historic downtown section of Frankfort (with lots of cute cafes, restaurants, shops, a local microbrewery, and a movie theater)!
* A huge lot with lots of open yard space, a huge backyard deck, a patio, and 2 bonfire rings!
* Three full bathrooms allowing the homes to very easily and comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults!
* Two outdoor propane grills!
* Two laundry rooms, each with a washer and dryer!
* Two seperate kitchens, each with all appliances including a dishwasher!
* High-speed Wi-Fi and digital streaming televisions at each house!
* Air conditioning at each house!
* Beautiful birch, pine, maple, and oak trees on the property that provide a gorgeous natural setting!
* Outside dining tables and lounge area with ample seating for dining alfresco on warm summer days!


TRANSIT:

Downtown Frankfort, the beach, and Lake Michigan are easily accessible by walking. For venturing outside of Frankfort, there is some limited public transportation available, but it highly recommended that guests have their own vehicle.


PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1) THREE BIRCHES BY THE LAKE - SECOND FLOOR KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: Please note the layout of Three Birches by the Lake in that most of the living space (including the kitchen and dining area) is on the second floor of the property. This could be an issue for elderly individuals.

2) DEER RUN - FIRST FLOOR LAYOUT: Please note that the first floor of Deer Run does not have any bedrooms and it does not have any bathrooms. This may be an issue for elderly individuals.

3) SHARED DRIVEWAY: The driveway for the 2 properties is shared.

4) PET POLICY: All pets are strictly prohibited at both properties.

5) AIR CONDITIONING: Deer Run has central air conditioning. Three Birches by the Lake has a mini-split A/C unit, but it does not have central air conditioning.

6) NUMBER OF GUESTS: Please note that our pricing is based upon the number of guests, with pricing being higher with each additional guest that is included on the reservation after the first 2 guests. Please make certain that the correct number of guests is specified on the reservation so that the pricing is correct.

7) EARLY CHECK-IN: Our policy is to allow early check-in on the day of arrival if the property is available for check-in. We will not know until the day before arrival whether or not the property will be available for early check-in or not. You can check with our local property manager the day before arrival or on your arrival day to see if the property will be available for early check-in or not.

8) LATE CHECK-OUT: We maintain a very strict and structured cleaning schedule. As such, late check-outs are strictly prohibited.

9) GARAGE: The Birches by the Lake has a 1-car attached garage that is available for guest usage. There is no garage at Deer Run.

10) INDOOR FIREPLACE: Please note that the indoor fireplace at The Birches by the Lake is NOT available for guest usage.
