« Jolie maison dans la périphérie de Birmingham avec un jardin magnifique. Beaucoup de charme. Chambres assez grandes, très propres mais un peu vieillottes et pas très insonorisées. Petit déjeuner magnifique Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil et à l’écoute. Un endroit à recommander absolument »

« The breakfast here is lovely, some of the best scrambled eggs I've had in fact. Their star quality is that the staff are beyond attentive. Parking is easy. All the staff have been fabulous from beginning to end. I honestly can't fault them »

« Nothing . Awkward space , no soap in shower . Never saw or heard anyone., out of the way from airport via $20 cab ride . »

« The check in was chaotic, I.e. no room number or lockbox instruction until after check in time, then no key in the lockbox and no telephone number to call to discover what to do next. »

« Rooms were nice but very stuffy and you can’t open the windows, almost like a smoke smell in the room as well, but other then that we had a nice stay and beds were clean and comfy »

« Mon employeur m avait réservé une première nuit et j ai dû réserver une nuit en plus finalement. Alors que celle ci coutait 60€ en plus j ai du dormir dans une chambre pour PMR avec une qualité de service déplorable. Sans compter les voisins de la chambre communicante qui ont fait la fête jusque 4h du matin. J aurais aimé un peu plus de considération. Plus jamais. »
