Train station: 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal baths 15 minutes away. TO BE PAID upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
