Kappa Sig Dad’s Weekend
I went up to TCU for Kappa Sig Dad’s Weekend. This house was perfect for me and two other dads. I loved that we each had our own bathroom, it was walking distance to campus and made our weekend really enjoyable. We will stay here again!

Great Location
We visited Ft. Worth for our son's graduation from TCU. The house is close to everything and super convenient. It's super cute and had everything we needed and then some. I did have a couple of questions for the property manager which were answered in record time! They are VERY responsive. We would stay here again without question.

Great location
The location is great! The yard front and back needs to be mowed. The lighting outside was good on one side with no lighting on the main part of the backyard. For a pet friendly house the fencing in the backyard had several areas where small dogs could escape. Overall great stay.

Clean, Quiet, and Excellent Location
This property was perfect for our long weekend stay to visit TCU. The home was very clean, updated, and had everything we needed in a quiet neighborhood. The property owner responded rapidly to any questions that we had prior to our arrival. We were able to walk to the football stadium and restaurants, avoiding game day traffic. If I return for another weekend to visit TCU I will definitely want to stay at this property again.

Guys trip to Cowboys game
We came to town for Cowboys game. The house is great! Super clean, and beds very comfortable. Very nice neighborhood. We walked to TCU campus each morning, and commute to Arlington for Cowboys game was very easy. We highly recommend this property.

TCU Baseball tournament.
We came to TCU for our sons baseball tournament. This cute bungalow was an awesome place to stay. Walking distance to TCU and restaurants and grocery store. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The neighbors were kind and welcoming. We will certainly book for next year’s tournament.

Perfect place to stay in Fort Worth!
The house is spacious, very clean, well appointed and perfectly located. It is just a few miles drive to all the things to see and do in Fort Worth and it is walking distance to TCU's gorgeous campus, some restaurants and a grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt extremely safe. The communication with the property managers/owners was prompt and courteous. We would definitely rent this house again!

We HIGHLY recommend this VRBO rental. Walking distance to TCU. Clean, very well stocked, comfortable beds, beautiful and safe neighborhood, excellent communication from owner. This was our second stay at Rogers House and we would definitely book again. Jeff is an excellent host, friendly, responsive and helpful. The location is so convenient especially in proximity to TCU and all the amenities, stores and restaurants. Bonus, the next door neighbor is super friendly and kind! We will definitely stay again!

Excellent stay near TCU
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay within walking distance of TCU. The house was attractive and and in a very good neighborhood. We enjoyed the comfortable furnishings and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and they also included some basic items in the pantry which was helpful. The owner responded quickly to any questions and was very informative. We will definitely be back again!

Great house and location!
Great house! Used the kitchen regularly & everything worked great. Used the washer & dryer - small but worked great. Due to the extreme heat limited use of outdoor areas but they were great too. Plenty of comforts inside - good AC & ceiling fans, more than enough hot water for 5 adults & the dishwasher & washer!

Great location & awesome management
This was our second time to stay at this property and it is always very clean. Upon arrival there was an internet issue and Jeff the property manager was quick to respond and had someone out to do the needed repairs the very next morning!! We will be looking forward to staying here again next year!!

Excellent little house
We were staying for the Fort Worth Cattle show and loved our little home away from home. We leave early and come home late and this place was a perfect stay. Close to the grounds, eateries/grocery close by, and a nicely little home. We look forward.to staying there again next year.

The location is great, and the house is in great condition. Neighborhood was quiet. The only issue we had was parking a 4 door long bed pickup on the narrow street. We would definitely stay here again.
