Nice complex and layout, but basics didn’t match the costWe stayed four nights. The complex is attractive, with a gym and pool, and the 2-bed/2-bath layout worked well. In-unit laundry and a reasonably stocked kitchen were definite pluses. There isn’t much within walking distance, so you’ll likely need a car or rideshare.The main frustrations were check-in and information. Most details were handled through a separate “guest portal” instead of the VRBO app. This was mentioned in the listing but still felt inconvenient. The host did respond quickly to messages in VRBO, which I appreciated.On arrival, our lockbox was open and the key fob was missing. We only got in because doors and gates were standing open, which didn’t feel secure. Our fob didn’t appear in the box until around midday the next day after follow-up messages.The unit is spacious, but basics felt sparse for this price: no extra toilet paper rolls, very thin towels and pillows, beds loosely made, no dishcloth or kitchen towels or clearly labeled detergent, and one shower drain was clogged. The area was busy and noisy at night, with bright lights from a building next door shining into the bedrooms. Blackout shades and simple starter packs (toilet paper, detergent, dishcloth) would make a big difference.There is more I could mention if this space allowed, but overall, the unit and complex have good potential, but for the total cost we expected a smoother check-in and a bit more attention to basic comforts.
