B&B in Fort Washington

'Awesome'

'Not located in the best part of town but also not the worst. While waiting for property owner to reply to messages for over an hour on how to park and pay, I was fearful for my safety as people in area were carrying bricks, shouting, and displaying erratic behavior. I would not park on street overnight. There's a hospital ER across the street. Good luck sleeping. If sirens weren't going off, the practically non existent see through "shades" had street lights in the room like the sun. The shower...

'Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. The listing advertised a double sofa bed, but the furniture provided was a futon. Because of this discrepancy, one guest had to secure alternative accommodations. We also encountered cleanliness issues upon arrival, including hair beneath the comforter in one of the beds.Addtional detailed house rules, such as visitor restrictions and financial penalties, were disclosed less than 24 hours before check-in and were not stated on the listing at the...

'No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again.'

'Overall good place to stay, proximate to my job. Great communication. Helpful.there was old doors slamming and heavy footfalls from above, it eventually stops. The streaming app was super slow, likely isp? Again, overall pleasant enough, though.'

'This apartment is extremely well appointed and is in a very convenient location in the upper part of Georgetown; perfect for a combination of work and vacation! It has very fast Internet for video calls. During a heat wave, the central A/C worked to keep things very cool (it stays slightly warmer in the bedroom, so consider setting the temperature cooler when you sleep). There was plenty of closet space and a dresser for clothes. The shower pressure was wonderful, and having a washer/dryer was...

'House needs maintenance.'

'The host was amazing. The place was very clean. When you walk in the place was exactly how it depicts. It was in a great neighborhood and we felt safe.'
