Enjoy a wonderful vacation in this spacious studio unit in Seagrove Beach. Located on the bottom floor and only short walk to the white sandy beaches of 30A. It has a fully stocked kitchen and comfortably sleeps 4. A wonderful time awaits you, start making memories you will remember for a lifetime.

At Hidden Beach Villa 101, you can enjoy beachside relaxation at the beach or at community pool area. There is also a laundry facility on site with coin operated washers and dryers.

After a long day in Florida’s sun, enjoy dining at any of Scenic 30A’s fine restaurants. You can rent a bike and enjoy a ride to famous Seaside Beach and shop at any of their many shops. You can enjoy an evening concert at seaside during the summer months.

Beach Access:
From the west end of the complex, head across 30A via Pelayo Avenue. Across 30A and down the boardwalk is your beach access. This unit is the closest unit in the complex to the beach access!

Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. Unheard of only less than one roll of toilet paper for 3 people.. Then was told it was only a starter roll and I had to purchase some. Not happy that I reserved the room for occupancy of 3 and did not even have sheets for the couch pull out. Not really happy about this.

We loved our stay here!! Being so close to the boardwalk to the beach was perfect and made our trip so much easier. Unfortunately the WiFi was out 3/4 nights of our trip, but the communication with the property manager was constant and they did everything in their power to get it resolved for us as fast as they could. We would stay again here!

Incredible location - loved the quick and easy access to the beach right across the street and the town square is just a short bike ride away. The condo leaves a little to be desired - outdated, signs of wear/tear, mattress is hard, outlet between the bed and table doesn’t work.

Missing some things but great location

Loved that it was on ground floor. Don't believe the floor has been mopped in quite awhile. Our feet left tub black. We scrubbed it for you. Silverware was all dirty. Did not use but washed it for you. Murphy bed needs to go so nightstands could be brought in. Dining table isn't necessary, need to replace with bench or counter for luggage instead of floor.

Very convenient, clean

The property was very clean and convenient to the beach and other places. The rental credit we got was great, and we rented bikes (which was invaluable with the traffic). The only problem we had was that the toaster didn't work very well and more silverware and plates are needed. Otherwise, everything was great! I would recomment this property to others.

Everything we needed

This condo has a great location, on the end of the building right next to 30A and a crosswalk to the beach access walkway. It was plenty big for three of us and nice and clean. It also has extra windows since it is an end unit, so it's nice and light in the daytime. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen nice, and bathroom nice and clean. The patio was great for relaxing during down time and rain showers. We would book it again.
