« Cottage was very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of beach toys and chairs were available. Probably would need to drive over to the public parking by the beach if you are carrying much for your set up on the beach. Get your shrimp at Billys and shop at Walmart for your groceries. Stay off the strip between Foley and Gulf Shores due to heavy traffic. Enjoyed our stay very much! »

« We had such a great time at 4013 The Rookery III! Melinda went above and beyond to stay in contact and make sure everything we needed was handled! The house was stocked with beach towels and beach essentials (tents, chairs, toys, puddle jumper) which was super helpful! We loved that it was pet friendly so our golden retriever could join us on vacation! Thanks for a great stay! »

« This little bay front cottage is one of my favorite VRBO stays. It bears the wounds and scars from tropical storms yet it’s so comfortable and homey. The views from the porch are unmatched. My husband and our two dogs enjoyed our time there fishing, birdwatching, and watching the dolphins that came to play just in front of the little cottage. Chuck was fast and friendly with communication. I can’t wait to come back. »

« Upon arrival, we had enough paper products to last us a few days. The kitchen is well stocked. The only items we needed and didn’t have were muffin pans…we purchased and left for the next guests! The extra beach chairs were helpful in watching tv together at night (we have a 9 person family). The master king bed could use a soft mattress topper, but def would not defer us from renting again. The walk to the beach is a little far for the heat, but it was 3 min drive. We loved our stay and...
