'Everything about the location was as described and very nice. The personal touches with dog and travel pictures were nice and It was a good neighborhood for walking my dog. The host was easily accessible and responsive for any needs. I am still grappling with having fire tv rather than normal cable with easily accessible local channels. This is not specifically about this rental since my last 3 have been the same. Perhaps younger people are better at navigating this change.'

'We enjoyed our stay in this property while making a short visit to NYC. It is a short walk to the Broad St. Station for the train to Penn Station that gets you into the city. We have 4 kids, ages 4-15, and appreciated the additional space and kitchen that we would not have had in a hotel room. Laundry was also very helpful to have. The apartment is modern and very clean. Hou er wel rekening mee dat het appartement in Hoboken, New Jersey ligt, wat enige reistijd met zich brengt om Manhattan te bereiken. De prettigste methode is ook meteen de duurste: via de ferry. Retourtje kost $18 per persoon. Je kan ook met de bus, $7 pp, maar die kruipt door de zeer drukke Holland Tunnel.'

'I would stay there again! Apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Plenty of room for 7 or 8 people. It took us a little while to understand the rail system from New Jersey to Manhattan, but after that, everything was a breeze. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. Street parking wasn't bad. Black out curtains in the suit were great to sleep in. As mentioned in a previous review, sirens were abundant but didnt wake us.'
