The staff at the restaurant and the valley were extremely professional, polite and helpful. The pools were dirty but that is normal with a large crowd. Food was average for the cost and all the extra expenses were unexpected especially for umbrellas on the beach. The chairs on the beach are in bad shape. Not what I expected after looking over the website.

The inside of the building is nicer than the outside! FYI the pool and beach chairs stop around 6pm. You can still be on the beach but you'll have to fend for yourself. The pool was always very croweded while I was there because it is very small, especially compared to a hotel with multiple buildings and floors. My biggest complaint is that I had to put in effort to get my room cleaned! the first night it was not done. the second day, they came in the afternoon when I was getting ready for lunch and said they might not come back if they had to wait.... the third day no one had come by and it was almost 2pm so I had to call.... and yes, they say they clean daily. If I am paying to stay in a nice hotel, I want the full experience. that's just how I feel! otherwise, it was a hotel... nothing in particular that I would rave about. My room was clean and spacious. I had my beach access. The best part were the people working the chairs/beach towels. They were always very nice, best customer service on the site.

My partner and I stayed here for one night and upgraded to the 1king bedroom with a balcony and ocean front view for a hundred dollars more for a total of $260 that we paid Expedia. At the resort We had to pay for parking separately which was $55 for the night and there were additional hotel fees we had to pay for at the hotel seperately. The stay came out to about $400 for one night. The water in both the toilet and the sink was yellow. We used water bottle to brush our teeth. And the railing on the balcony was coming off which is extremely dangerous and unsafe. For the amount of money just for 1 night, I would have expected things to be a bit nicer.

The staff is very good. Room is not. The bathroom door and floor filthy. You can’t even hang up a towel no hooks. Give you one garbage can and take it. Had to call down to get it replaced more than once. Room is small. Skip balcony rooms. Metal blocking the view when you sit. It’s one of the worst hotels. It’s very old. One pool blocked off due to work men. No reason after 4 they could not open it. Charges for amenities and parking are not worth the money this cost for 5 days. No shuttle service and poor dining options. They need to redue this place.

$55 per night valet parking should be reflected in your nightly stay. The fact that there is no other parking options makes the per night cost more then the advertised cost for a room. Gym is a joke for a property this size. Dumbbells and two benches cardio machines is all there is. The one piece of gym equipment for a cable workout is beyond usable as the cables are all broken. Towels in our room had holes in them and were dingy and old feeling.

The rooms are very out dated and lighting was very dark, after we checked in we had to ask for our room to be cleaned “again” then waited another hour and the room still wasn’t touched so we had to go and ask again for the 3rd time were we were told that it should be done within 45 minutes and was finally. Our room was very loud and was located directly behind the elevator, all night long all we could hear was the elevator. Overall the hotel was ok, the best part was the location pool and beach, if you’re looking for the top of the line hotel this isn’t it.

The beach was great. Breakfast at the Naked Crab was good. Being locked out of our room 3 times in less than 24 hours and having to switch rooms multiple times wasn’t ideal. The original room was great if the lock wasn’t malfunctioning. Then we were moved to two rooms that were not the same as the original. When we asked to be moved to a room with the same amenities as the original room the woman at the front desk acted as if we were the problem and making an outlandish request however we were only asking for the same amenities we originally had. Most of the other staff was friendly but it was disappointing to be treated as if it was unreasonable to want to be able to return to our room without having to stand outside for 45 mins to an hour in the hot sun waiting for security to let us back into our room.

There was not a pool open after dark, i want to night swim while I'm on vacation. There was not a mermaid show. I was not aware of the Valley only parking. There needs to be a trash can in the room bathroom and more counterspace, you could put a legde under the mirror. The staff was nice.

The hotel didn’t give us a warning that the second pool was under construction, they didn’t have any bikes and they didn’t have enough pool chairs for how many people were there. It was extremely crowded and the beach staff bringing drinks/food was very slow (40 minutes to get a beer). The area around the hotel is more city like- public beach access is directly next to the hotel so any tournaments or camps can be heard from the beach area. You are in walking distance to some bars/restaurants.

When i booked the trip it said the $43.00 resort fees was included but it was not and had to paid at checkout.

Not as advertised for the price.When we purchased two nights before our cruise,we had our kids in mind. We chose a hotel that would be on the beach that would also have an indoor pool.We arrived at the hotel late the first night so it wasn’t until the second day we looked around the actual hotel.When we arrived the first night to our room, there was still dirt all over the bathroom floor and the small bottles left for shampoo etc had a half used and opened lotion. Our check in started at 4 and we did not check in until midnight so it wasn’t rushed.The second day we tried to get ice and the ice maker on our floor did not work. We went down a floor-again did not work. We went down to the first sky walk on floor 4 -did not work. We had to walk across the sky walk to the next tower and of course theirs works because it’s right where the lobby is. We went to the outside pool where they offer 2 towels for 4 paid guests. Not a huge deal, we shared. Very limited seating so good luck finding anything. We decided to go to the beach. Was beautiful out and then your typical small rain but some lightning. W/ little kids we ran back inside & decided to try the indoor pool. CLOSED! Huge disappointment. No car so nothing else to do.At night we had to go back to the outdoor pool after dinner with the kids. This was when the bar out there closes and there isn’t staff outside. With that being said we had several very inappropriate adults. Fair for their vacation but another pool would be great.
