The condensor on the refridgerator in our room kept turning on all night and made a LOT of noise. We did not get much sleep. We had a long way to drive the next morning. We are in our mid-seventies and started the day exhausted.

This hotel stands out from most because of the attention to detail. The decorations indicate management that is working to help you have a pleasant stay. The breakfast menu was special (there was Kielbasa!) and posted days ahead of time. The staff was attentive, kind and helpful. I had a great experience and am looking forward to returning.

The property is quite close to CSU but the condition of our room was not great. The bathroom door would not latch; it was missing part of the door knob. The tub had big chunks of paint falling off of it.

So close to campus, but $500/night for a little better than a motel 6. Clean, staff was amazing. But, if this hotel wasn’t close to campus , I’d never come back. Bed squeeked when you breathed, breakfast was meh. Loved the Dazbog coffee. Absolutely no amenities…no little grocery or alcohol available. The pool and hot tub were gross. This hotel needs to be updated. In another 5 years the fact that it is close to campus won’t matter. Again, to end on positives. Clean and the staff is awesome, but this hotel needs attention.

I was made aware of the circumstances and we did reduce your room rate by half as a refund for those challenges. Our hotel policy is that we do not accept pre-paid debit cards as a form of payment for a hotel incidental deposit upon guest check in. I apologize for that miscommunication.

The bathroom door fell off the hinges. We reported it to the desk but they did nothing. We asked to be moved after 3 days. We were moved two doors down in a room that smelled like mothballs. And the bathroom door didn't close all the way. This hotel was used as a drum last year. We expected improvements to be made after this, but clearly they were not.
