Great property, great location. Only drawback is I wish they had a coffee pod maker vs filter coffee maker, other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.
Iâve loved Noyo Harbor since I was young. Turning 52, my partner wanted to take me somewhere and when he suggested ft Bragg I was excited. Seeing new homes to rent in the harbor was exciting. Great stay. Quiet. Great views. Great local food. Nice that dogs could stay, maybe next time weâll bring Rylee. Carlin was a pleasure to work with. Great history there and also his the homes came to be. Would def recommend and stay here again.
What a super cool "tiny house!" Comfortable bed, full-size appliances in the kitchen. The two bed lofts are perfect for kids. I wanted to bring a bean bag downstairs so this old person could sit in one, but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get it back there! Ha!Walking distance to a half dozen restaurants on the Harbor. And the hosts could not be any better!
Nice modern touches and great use of space in a small home with all the amenities included. The large electric fireplace with colorful screen puts out a lot of heat. Located right in the harbor, you can walk to shops and restaurants or the jetty for a great view. Downtown Fort Bragg is one minute away.
Mw and two other veta that i work with. Came over for a Vetrans fishing trip put on by A to Z Fundaising along with the American Legion. It was a great time. This place was perfect for this. Walking distance to the boat and everything else we needed. Had a campfire in the backyard. Was a great time. Thi place would be perfect for a family with young kids as the ceiling was a little short in the 2 loft rooms.
My husband and our two teen boys had an amazing 6 day trip. We love the Location. Communication with the property management was wonderful. Housecleaning was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back!
We loved staying here and the beds were super comfy. It was convenient for us to walk to bars and restaurants close by. Great seafood in the harbor. It was quiet and the host was very responsive. The only 4 star rating was because of the small parking space in front. My car fit fine but anything bigger than a sedan might not. However there is additional parking close by.
We needed a quick getaway. 2 adults and 3 kids. The place was in a perfect location, great food nearby. The place was decorated nicely and was clean. We had such a great time.
Great location no comfortable place to sit and relax inside
Aesthetically the unit is adorable, but my family and I are creatures of comfort and beauty. The couches were benches with padding. Even to sit and play games with our son it was impossible to get comfortable. Aside from the 2 benches there is no other place to sit besides on the beds or the 1 bean bag upstairs, unless you went outside. We spent a considerable amount of time outdoors but after a long day at the beach we just wanted to relax and that was difficult. It is located in a perfect spot for walking to a variety of restaurants and cute little shops. We enjoyed sitting outside by the campfire one evening and walking down to the harbor to see the sea lions. My eight-year-old and 15-year-old sons loved having the loft to themselves so that was great! If you plan to be out and about and are willing to sacrifice comfort for convenience and location this is a great spot!
This property was perfect for us 5 "low-maintenance" adults who needed a cozy home base from which to explore the Fort Bragg area for a weekend. It was everyone's first time in a "tiny home," and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed at the accommodations despite its small footprint. The location on the Noyo river provided a lovely atmosphere and ambience, while giving us easy access to the downtown and recreational areas. Highly recommended by humans and dogs alike!
Very premium, well styled large tiny home; 4 foot ceilings for upstairs bedrooms not as much of an issue as I thought- and I'm 6'2. I would rent again.
