'I want to complain about the reception megastar your attention. I reserve acid for my family and Callao for the children. I called the police because my children were being normal children. I imagine she doesn't have children and she sent me out of the hotel. Terrible service, attention did not make me any return. 'The curtain was broken and laying in the floor. I was offered a new room but I fixed it myself. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower head was old and stopped up. At 200 dollars a night I expected more.'

'I showed up after booking a reservation. When I arrived they told me they had no vacancy. I told them I had booked a reservation through expedia but they still told me they had no rooms available. Also, the front office smelled of Marijuana. Could have come from one of the guest, but the odor was very strong.'

'The room amd bathroom were very clean. The customer service was excellent. Turns out our fridge had been unplugged but maintenance quickly and promptly accessed that and corrected however the fridge didn't get cool enough to trust in the one night we were there so we had to rely on our cooler and ice. Beds were a little too hard and seemed older compared to the cosmetics updates of the room. But we'd definitely stay here again.'

'it was absolutely terrible. we had to go to five rooms before we would find a room that would lock. some of them didn't have lights. there was hoes in the walls. there was paint spots on everything. it was dirty. the towels looked dirty. they were folded. the tubs have been painted. can't believe you all have this on your site for experience would never recommend'

'Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything.'
