'Hotel wordt aangeprezen als 5 sterren. Naar mijn mening is het hotel amper 3 sterren waard. 4 liften beschikbaar voor alle kamers, waardoor de wachttijd zeer lang is, schimmel in de kamer op de plafonds, badkamer veel te klein, feest tijdens ons verblijf van de U.S. Navy, hierdoor veel overlast van dronken gasten die voor de uitgang alles onder spuugde en constant aan het roken waren op de balkons en aan het schreeuwen waren vanaf de balkons. Bij uitcheck wordt er door het personeel niet eens...

'Just 10 miles away from Daniel K Inoue International Airport, brand new property inaugurated in June 2026. Excellent services and delicious breakfast every morning. We stayed for 5 days and visited various sites around it including Waikiki beaches, Kailua beaches and some other destinations. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Overall all excellent hospitality.'

'The staff and service was great!! Had. Few bumps in the beginning but we had a very good smooth ending!! Thanks to Kianna at the front desk to greet us with a smile for to change the air in any room. Also another fmamile with a perfectly timed can of cookies. 'Stayed on the 18th floor next to the elevators. You could hear every door slam on the floor. Washing and drying clothes is $4.50 EACH. I barely had a full load of laundry and it took me 3 times to dry my clothes. So $13.50. I told one of the staff members their dryer is broken and he said “I don’t work here”. I told another staff member at the front desk and said could I get a possible reimbursement for the waste of quarters. They said no and they were sorry. Later at checkout they were talking...
