  • Easy flights land directly onto this beautiful island. Book into GGT, Georgetown, Exuma. Direct flights from Atlanta, Miami, Toronto, Nassau and more.
    This 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath Villa has beautiful oceanfront views and a private beach. You will enjoy beautifully appointed bathrooms with tile showers, separate tubs and double vanities that have been completely renovated in 2016. All linens, bath towels, beach towels soaps and shampoo are supplied throughout.
    There is a very large fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area with seating for 12. You can also choose to eat outdoors at the table on the covered porch.
    Relax with family and friends in the large den with comfortable seating while admiring the ocean views. Watch TV if you find time away from the water. Wifi, and Apple TV are also included.
    Rest assured with the recent addition of a second air conditioning unit you will be very comfortable in every room of the house. A full house automatic generator is our newest addition to offset those unexpected island power outages. You won't even know the power went out.
    Wash the salt away after relaxing on your beach with water from our brand new state of the art fresh water system. The system provides pure drinking and bathing water throughout the property. (not something you always find in island locations). Enjoy the large covered patio while relaxing on chaise lounges or rocking chairs.
    What sets The Cut Pearl apart is the spacious luxury and views. Our new patio and covered pavilion add more vantage points of the breathtaking views of the bluest water on earth. This is the most relaxing place in the world free from crowds and distractions. Be aware that the beach can significantly fluctuate mainly during hurricane season according to the tides and the winds.
    4 Kayaks are provided with snorkel gear and life jackets. Spend your day fishing, diving, snorkeling, boating, hiking or just exploring the most incredible beaches you will ever see. If you weren't able to book activities in advance our property manager can assist you to make your stay the most memorable one. They can help you book various excursions you will never forget!
    The manager can also arrange onsite Bahamian prepared meals in the villa. Menu available upon request.

We recently stayed at The Cut Pearl for five nights with a group of nine, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped for a larger group.One of the first things we noticed was the quality of the furnishings. The bedroom furniture was solid and well-made, and all of the mattresses and bedding were comfortable and cozy. The house was stocked with plenty of high-quality linens and beach towels, which was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals throughout our stay, making it easy to enjoy family dinners together.The garage downstairs was another highlight, stocked with everything needed for a perfect beach day. It made exploring the island even more enjoyable and convenient.We specifically chose this home for its size and location on Little Exuma, which put us close to some of our favorite beaches, including Tropic of Cancer Beach, Forbes Hill Beach, and Pretty Molly Beach. The location is ideal for travelers who plan to rent a vehicle, as it does require some driving to reach grocery stores, the marina, the airport, and most activities on Great Exuma. We expected this and actually enjoyed the drives, as exploring the island is a big part of the Exuma experience for us.Overall, The Cut Pearl was the perfect home base for our family vacation, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great property in a great location, and Andy is the perfect host. He was not only responsive but informative as well. The house had all the amenities we could ask for, was very clean and thoroughly enjoyed by all!

We loved our stay at Cut Pearl. The house was fabulous for the 9 of us. It was stocked so well with anything you would need. The owner and staff were super helpful. The beach was gorgeous and the property was just great. We would defintely return!

Great stay in Little Exuma…

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The property owner was very communicative and helpful. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The beach out back was wonderful. There are two nearby beaches which were spectacular too. We very much enjoyed this house and Little Exuma.

The house was great! We did not know there were stairs to get to the main level! The pictures are misleading! Over all, the house is fantastic if your looking for a beautiful view and all the amenities in the house!

I couldn't be happier with our stay at the Cut Pearl. The place was exactly as it shows in the pictures. No surprises. Very clean. Beautiful ocean views. The beach comes and goes with the tide. We were able to take advantage of the beach several times. Andy (owner) and Latina (local host) were available, communicative, and very responsive. Close to Forbes Hill Beach (our favorite) and Tropic of Cancer Beach. Everything you need is available. Coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkels, kayaks. About a 15-20 minute kayak ride to the Lazy River, but a little difficult to get the kayaks in and out. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful House with a Great Private Beach

We absolutely loved this house!! It is very well-appointed and has everything you need, including a private beach just off the back door. Lots of chairs, a really nice kitchen, loads of beach gear, comfy beds, and furniture. The check-in / check-out process was simple, and the owners shared lots of invaluable island information with us before our arrival. I highly recommend this place! It was hard to leave.

View of Paradise

The house and view were nothing less than beautiful. Quiet location that is near several beautiful beaches and great food. Amenities at the house along with the responsiveness and friendliness of the owner and caretakers really set the property apart. We had two families staying in the home and there was plenty of room without tripping over each other. The beach at the bottom of the stairs was days of fun in the sun. You will love your stay here!

We Love The Cut Pearl

This was our 2nd year in a row spending the Christmas week at the Cut Pearl. The house is super nice and very spacious. Our group of 8 had lots of room and everyone loved their accommodations. The beach is amazing and the view is stunning. Andy, the owner is very accessible and helpful. We love The Cut Pearl and hope to return again soon.

Christmas Vacation

Beautiful location! Owner was always available with any questions or just to check in with us. It was windy during our stay, so we were unable to use the kayaks. However, it was still so beautiful to listen to the waves and take a walk down the beach. The water is so clear! Oh and the sunrises and the stars were amazing!

Home has wonderful views, well decorated, including good selection of what appeared to be local artwork. Kitchen well stocked. Whole house generator to cover power outages and water treatment system. Everything we needed for a relaxing winter break. Host very attentive.

Private paradise

The Cut Pearl has every amenity you can think of. Beds and living area furniture are comfy, and plenty of deck seating. Our beach area was very private, gorgeous views, and several kayaks for us to use. We had a couple of minor issues due to heavy rains during the week, but the owners and caretaker were very responsive and arranged repair right away.

Wonderful house on a semi-private beach

Our family of 6 had a fantastic stay here. The semi-private beach will rival any of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The house was clean and comfortable. There is a very well stocked dive room in the house with snorkel gear, kids toys, floats, coolers. The house is 25 minutes from Georgetown but wasn’t an issue As activities, we did Minns (recommended) and TT Watersports (not worth it given this house has kayaks)

Amazing

The cut pearl is absolutely amazing. We stayed as a family with extended family with us. It is a perfect place. No problems with the power outages due to a really reliable generator. AC kept the heat away and was comfortable to sleep in. We have stayed at several short term rentals in tropical places and this one was by far the best (and most affordable). Andy and local contact Tina were very responsive and helpful. Place is extremely safe and the views are unbeatable. Island is remote and less developed which is what we wanted. Forbes hill beach is nearby and amazing. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Book it!

We loved everything about our stay at The Cut Pearl on Exuma. Andy, the owner, was accessible and helpful. Judy and Latina were attentive. The house was clean and in the perfect location on Little Exuma. I can’t say anything negative. It was a wonderful vacation at our favorite place!!
