« This is not a 1 bdrm it's more a studio. If you want to have a meal you will have to eat outside. The patio area was a disarray so we had to sweep and clean that area to use it to eat our meals the last full day there someone came in using a key stating they thought we were leaving due to a mix up by VRBO. I'm glad someone was there because there were valuables inside. At that time I told them our check out was not until tomorrow at 11am but yet she still came knocking on the door in the morning...

« Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. « We were dropping my son off at college from out of state and out family of 5 came out for the occasion. Sonny’s place was perfectly located and accommodated everyone comfortably. Sonny was very responsive and the process of check in/out was very smooth. The place was clean and well kept. The hot tub and arcade room are nice additions too. Great stay in Santa Ana. »
