Great location, super cute & spacious Folly Vacation Apt B

Have fun watching Folly go by from the large private balcony; settle in with a drink on the cozy outdoor sofa and enjoy the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”

Inside each apartment you'll find luxurious furnishings, including a comfy leather queen size pull out sofa for added sleeping space, a flat screen TV and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, all new appliances and generous granite counter space, uniting the banquette and living area to make preparing meals and dining in enjoyable. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Both bedrooms have a king sized bed with quality linens, bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry.
Outside, the live oaks and magnolias shade the back parking area reserved for you to park one vehicle. You'll be just a short walk away from Folly River Park and Folly Pier, where you can fish, crab, catch a meal or shag-dance with locals. Each apartment has a beach cart and two chairs available to use when you're ready to head to the beach.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS APARTMENT IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is not an elevator. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

Great location and space, wifi challenged

Great location in the heart of Folly Beach, above a very cool little bar/restaurant. The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the porch is a great bonus. Unfortunately the wifi/internet access did not work at all for our entire four day stay. The property manager was responsive, but not really any help as it was apparently a Comcast issue. We were able to pay to access the Xfinity Wifi which is also Comcast, so not clear why that worked but ours did not. Getting work done became a real challenge. Otherwise, great accommodation.

This property is one of the best places you could stay at. Location location location. The place has everything you need from washer and dryer and a different AC unit in each room. The balcony is the main feature and staying above a bar/restaurant makes for a great experience. You do not hear anybody below with doors shut and the food is really good. Enjoy the main strip with renting a golf cart for $75 a day. Plenty of parking for a golf cart to enjoy the restaurants and bars. Also they provide chairs and umbrellas with a push cart. You can rent any beach equipment down the street for really cheap if needed. We will be back!!

Can’t Wait to get Back!

This was an amazing property! It was close to everything and on top of the coolest bar! We enjoyed live music from our balcony but was never disturbed by sounds when inside. The beach cart and chairs that are provided were a huge asset! Everything was clean and well kept. We loved our stay here!

Excellent Accommodations

I stayed at this wonderful condo with my girlfriends that I have known for over 50 years. We had such a great time. The condo was in a terrific location. We were easily able to walk to the beach and all the restaurants on Folly Beach. Even though the condo was above a bar/restaurant it was so quiet. We were able to relax in the evening in the condominium and didn’t hear anything from the bar downstairs. It had all the amenities we could possibly need and was super clean. The property manager and owner were so kind and accommodating. They responded quickly to any questions I had.

Perfect place to stay on Folly Island

The apartment was very roomy and clean and close to everything! The apartment was surprisingly large and very well equipped . The front balcony was also much larger than it appeared in the online pictures and a great place to sit and relax. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well thought out and so bright and cheerful! There is a bar/restaurant on the lower level and you can hear some noise from it when the balcony door is open, but if the door is closed, the sound is muffled and not bothersome at all. The location is perfect, once there, there is no need to drive, there are many restaurants and shops as well as the beach and even a small market, all within walking distance. This was our first time visiting the area, and we would absolutely stay here if visiting again.

The apartment was just as advertised. It was clean and stocked with all of the essentials. The beach chairs were a nice bonus. I was well aware that this apartment was located over a bar so I anticipated some noise at night. What I was not prepared for was the live entertainment at the bar which went long into the night and kept the apartment vibrating. Other than the band, the nice level was manageable. I appreciated the parking however it is a bit of a walk from the apartment.

Cute, convenient, and well kept

Accommodations were nice. Very well decorated and clean. However, there was one roll of toilet paper only one extra blanket and the appliances were very old and not working properly. It took four minutes to heat up a cup of coffee and it took 40 minutes to heat the oven to 350.

Beautiful Apartment/Great Communication

My family and I took a quick vacation to folly beach. From booking, to any questions we had while there, the communication was fantastic! The property was very spacious and extremely clean!!! We all loved the shower :) We would definitely book this property or any of the owners properties in the future!

Perfect stay!

Centrally and conveniently located to every thing in Folly, we really enjoyed the comfortable stay with a clean and updated apartment sized perfectly. The balcony was an extra bonus for mornings, wet afternoons and evenings, anytime this really added to the place! I can’t say enough about the delicately selected art and décor throughout the place, quite lovely. Last but not least…those of us who can appreciate the extra fan in a bathroom, really appreciate this. I’m getting one for my home! We will definitely return!
