Very bright apartment, just renovated and in a privileged position at just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Follonica. Located on the third and top floor (no elevator) of a quiet condominium, its strong point is the balcony that completely surrounds the apartment and from which you can enjoy the view of the sea beyond the pine forest.



Ideal for a family or two couples, the apartment offers two large double bedrooms. Both bedrooms open on a corridor: on the left, a large kitchen equipped with a dining table and a "service" balcony, followed by the bathroom with shower and the first double bedroom. On the right, a living room furnished with a sofa which, if necessary, becomes an additional bed, followed by the second double bedroom. All rooms are connected to the balcony that surrounds the apartment.



A small cellar where you can store bicycles or other small beach or sports equipment is part of the apartment.



The location of the apartment is certainly among the best: the pine forest and the sea can be reached by just crossing the road and in a few minutes you can reach the center of Follonica with its bars, restaurants, boutiques, and splendid seafront. Everything is connected via a safe bike path.



Furthermore, the Municipality of Follonica is culturally very active and during the summer season it organizes exhibitions, concerts, markets, events, etc.
