'Property budget friendly and close to beach access. That’s all, accommodations very poor, maintenance is non existent for accommodations meaning poorly maintained property in every aspect. But- if you want a cheap(er) place to stay and don’t care or expect even the minimum of comfort. This is your place. 'We had an amazingly chill and peaceful weekend. It was a nice short getaway for my family. We played the games provided as well as others that we brought. The fireplace brought us all together and we enjoyed the time with each other at night. Beds were comfortable, clean and inviting. The game room downstairs was a hit with the kids.'

'Absolutely recommend staying at the mark. It is the perfect size for 2. Super clean, and awesome location. It is a short drive to all the restaurants, gas stations, and beach/jettys area. We stayed 2 nights and it was exactly what we needed for a quick beach trip!'

'It was very easy to communicate with property management. I had some minor issues when I first arrived and "Mallory" took care of the issues. The Property was clean and spacious. 'The property was a tad outdated. We arrived after 9 p.m. The email with the code for entry was never received and we had to wait a bit for the owner to reply due to the late arrival time. Only 1 bathroom and it is very small which was fine for us but could pose an issue for larger groups.
