Appartementen in Fly Creek

'We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome.'

'The apartment was very roomy and stocked with all household and kitchen essentials, including coffee! The neighborhood was quiet and close to Cooperstown and Utica. Jacob was very accommodating and responsive to my communication. The apartment was appropriate for people who like to travel with their dogs, rather than leaving them behind. Thank you, Jacob!'

'If I ever need to come back to Little Falls, this will be where I stay! The host has done her very best with this historic property. The beds are comfy, and the kitchen is well equipped. This little perch in the sky is great for watching the world go by and the beautiful views. Are the stairs steep? Yes. It’s an old building. Get in some free cardio. 'Got in after midnight, room was ready and quiet with air conditioning running smoothly. Bathroom clean with all essentials present including toilet paper stocked properly which matters late at night!'

'Pizza place next door is awesome! Great location'

'Remote actually had batteries, which isn't always the case. Room was cool and quiet with a fridge and microwave that worked fine. Good for a practical stay near Utica Zoo.'

'Microwave quickly warmed my meals every evening making dining convenient during my stay.'
