Servi 39 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Nice and spacious apartment: a large and welcoming entrance that also acts as a sitting room leads on one side to the large and bright double bedroom that overlooks Via dei Servi and on the other to the spacious and complete kitchen, with table for 6 people. Following the corridor you arrive at the second double bedroom with views of terraces and interior gardens. Ideal for a family or a group of friends, it has two bathrooms (one with only a shower, toilet and sink) located in the two opposite corridors. The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher and wifi connection. It is located on the second floor without elevator, in the central Via dei Servi, a 4-minute walk from Piazza Duomo and a 5-minute walk from the Church of San Lorenzo and Mercato Centrale. The street is pleasant and quiet despite being full of clubs and shops and supermarkets.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area.
Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge.
Service restriction:
Air conditioning in Italy is governed by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°.
The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day.

Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100€ will be required.
As per Italian law number 21472011 (art.40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests. The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence .
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time. The house is equipped with a boiler, a simultaneous use of hot water could temporarily reduce its temperature.

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
