La Culla di Dante Luxury Apartment in front of the Duomo (sleeps 6)

Luxury apartment, about 85 m2 located on the 6th and top floor of a historic Florentine building overlooking the Duomo, Bell Tower and Baptistery. Completely renovated, equipped with lift, air conditioning, single heating, wi-fi, all the fine furnishings, it is composed of:
1 double bedroom with view of the Duomo and bell tower with armchair, desk, cable and satellite TV;
1 bedroom overlooking the Duomo and Bell Tower with two single beds and exclusive bathroom, equipped with a sofa, desk, cable TV;
entrance;
2nd bathroom;
1 living room with double sofa bed, cable and satellite TV;
1 fully equipped kitchen;
1 technical compartment with pill and washer dryer.
Thanks to a small staircase you reach the upper floor where we find a large shared terrace with panoramic views over most of the city. From the terrace you have the impression of touching the Duomo, the Campanile and the Baptistery of Florence, located a few meters from the building. The central area allows you to enjoy all the services of the city of Florence such as: the historic center with its countless monuments, prestigious shops, restaurants, bars, department stores. The area is also served by taxi service, car rental, bike rental and more.
We can safely summarize it all with the phrase 'Florence in the palm of your hand'.

Alessandra who greeted us was excellent. She explained everything, left restaurant recommendations, and let us pick up our bags while she was cleaning the suite. Great location, but was a little noisy on Halloween (to be expected). Rooftop terrace was amazing!!

This was our 2nd stay at the La Culla Di Dante apartment. First there is an elevator, which was much appreciated, the apartment has amble room. The location is perfect as a home base to explore Florence, and the owner Crescenzo and his office manager Alesandra are very communicative. The location is amazing, right next to the Diomo, with rooftop access. A great place to relax after a day of exploring.

Beautiful apartment. It was spacious and had a great kitchen and LR area to sit and chat together. We loved it. We had everything we needed. We’d stay again for sure. Alessandra, the cleaning lady welcomed us upon arrival. We were allowed to drop our luggage off since we arrived to the area early as it was being cleabed. We also were allowed earlier checkin as soon as it was check in ready. Alessandra made sure we had everything needed to communicate with them. Great location just steps from piazza del Duomo. La Culla di Dante is a wonderful gem in Florence! The location is within walking distance of anything you would want to see, and the apartment itself is even better than the pictures! It’s simply perfect. The host was responsive and helpful, and check in with Alessandra was very thorough. Excellent Apt - fantastic location

We loved this apartment and wished we would have made this home base for most of our trip. The location was perfect - a quick walk to everything but quiet for sleeping. The AC was very good (excellent in the primary bedroom). There was plenty of room and it was very clean. The view from the roof was amazing! Checking in was easy and communication good. Perfect stay in central Florence

Magical place to star

When we opened the windows, we felt that the Duomo was within our reach! The apartment is tastefully appointed. Alexandra and her sister met us when we arrived and gave us a great orientation to the facilities. It's in a great location, near great restaurants and a bonus rooftop terrace. We will return!

Great apartment in a great location.

Located between the Duomo and Piazza Della Repubblica gives one many choices of places to see and restaurants to try. It’s very comfortable and for those interested, we could hook up the cord we have to one of the hdmi tv inputs and in down time we could stream from our iPad or phone and get whatever Prime or Netflix shows allowable in Italy. There were plenty. All in all, a great stay.
