Overall experience was ok. Staff is very friendly and kind. The size of the room was ok but the toilet was very small. You could barely turn. Hair dryer stops every 30 seconds and you need to wait for it cool down 5 minutes. Other than the location is good

Description mentioned property having lift. But didnt say anywhere its from 1st level. You still have to drag your luggage to 1st level. Coffee machine wasnt working on 2nd day of our stay. When I went to get coffee I was told maintenance guy isnt here and I cant use it. When I asked for alternative I wasnt given any. Otherwise Room & Toilet was alright.

As we did not have any special request from your part, we assigned you a room in the block with the 4 stairs anyhow our staff is always at disposal to carry luggage and help guestsBest regards

Our room was very spacious with a big, bright bathroom. Everything was immaculate, and the staff and service were top notch. Even though it's right along the train tracks, it was absolutely silent. The bed was the most comfortable one we had in our month long trip around Italy, and it wasn't even close! There was very secure parking onsite, and half a block from the hotel, you can hop on a tram that takes you right to Santa Maria Novella, or walk there in less than 15 minutes. This was a great stay for us!

The worst hotel in FLORENCE! I stayed in this hotel a few years ago and I don’t know what happened!!! The bathtub was clogged! We asked to come and fix it twice and both times they said “it’s fixed” and nothing!!! The room was dirty when we arrived. A total mess! Please avoid this hotel for your own good! Also the noise! The walls are made of paper, you can hear the neighbors moving around even farting 🙄 the worst experience of my life!

This is certainly not a four star hotel. They did not even leave a box of tissues for us to use or a glass to drink water from .Walls of the room and toilet, shower were very poorly and unprofessionally decorated. The tiny shower area is practically in the bedroom area . So no privacy whatsoever.We paid for an executive double room or a twin double room BUT we certainly didn’t get what we paid for. I hope Expedia gives due consideration to our review, investigate and get us some money back. It would be interesting to find out who gave this property 4 stars because it’s certainly not deserved . Lift does not go to ground floor and everyone has to use the stairs to get to the first floor. I felt very sorry for a disabled youngster who struggled to use the stairs and was on crutches. No tea , coffee facilities in the room with poor ventilation, so we had to keep the window open. Plastic disposable glasses were in the toilet so also not environmentally friendly,

Lovely friendly staff, clean rooms. A stones throw from the railway station and within walking distance of most of the major attractions in the city of Florence. Breakfast is provided should you choose to pay a little extra. Free WiFi is available. Reception staff are always on hand if needed and a concierge is on duty at night.

Clean and quiet rooms. Very close to train station and within walking distance to cathedral and shopping area. The AC in our rooms wasn’t very cool so we had to keep the window open but staff was very freindly. They even held our luggage after checkout so we could walk around and return later to catch a train.

Overall a good hotel, newer and upgraded. Breakfast was great, nice spread. Location was good as well, it is about a 8 min walk from the train station. It is a bit far from the historic area, but you can still walk. There is a tram that you can use as well. Clean facilities.

The check-in staff was very helpful and professional, and the room was outstanding - comfortable, modern and quiet! The train station is about a 8 minute walk, but a a closer tram will get you there even sooner.

they failed to fix a broken toilet in our room after 4 separate requests.. They said it was inconvenient for them to call a plumber on the weekend. They said they would issue us a partial refund, which we agreed to. They never sent a refund. They had us change rooms and told us it was an upgrade. It was not. Same as our first room. In addition to terrible service and lying about the refund, they are in a bad neighborhood well out of the city center and right on major railroad line which made it very noisy

Ótima opção em Firenze próximo à S.M. Novella
Café da manhã excelente, com pães frescos maravilhosos. O ponto negativo fica pelo box/chuveiro. Apertado e muito desconfortável para tomar banho, apesar do banheiro amplo.
