The Space:

The apartment is about 80 m² and features a large double bedroom, a room with two single beds, and a spacious open space with a dining and living area.



The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.



The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, offering plenty of space and comfort.



Guest Access:

You will access the property using the information you will receive after completing the self check-in procedure.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located within Florence's ZTL. If you’re arriving by car, we recommend parking in a paid garage that will register your license plate to avoid fines.



The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, and the stairs are quite steep, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.



The wall-mounted air conditioners only work for cold air: in winter, you can use radiators and an electric heater to warm up the rooms.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
