The North Wales Gathering is a large, detached and exclusive use property ideal for groups of friends and family looking to get together. Boasting 9 individual ensuite bedrooms and a sofa bed giving 10 rooms, and 10 bathrooms. The property has a great open plan social dining area, and modern well equipped kitchen. Good location for easy access to Chester, Snowdonia and North Wales Coast, situated within easy access of the main A55.

The Space:
The property is split between nine en-suite double bedrooms, lounge and large sociable combined dining/kitchen with huge dining table.
Each of the 9 bedrooms has its own TV and full en-suite facilities.
The lounge features a double sofa bed so can also be converted to a 10th bedroom if required.
Most beds are normally set out as a King/Double but can be converted into singles with appropriate advance notice.

Parking is provided for at least three vehicles, up to five or six depending on availability, with an overflow public car park immediately next door.
Outside are two picnic tables and a bicycle storage space.
The property benefits from an electric vehicle charging point (you will need your own Type 2 cable) with electricity charged at cost.
The outside area and car parks have CCTV which is not actively monitored. When you make a booking with us a rental contract will be sent to you for electronic signature.
