'L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond.'

'this stay is very hard to summarize. the location of the hotel is excellent when whale watching or walks to beach or the Chamarel targets are on the bucket list. The pools are great and bit unsure why there is so often a fuss for clean beach towels since those should just be procured and maybe do not support some people changing all the time and others wait forever on a fresh one. 'Luxe hotel met een ideale ligging: het strand ligt direct aan de overkant van de weg. Blijkbaar kan je bij de receptie vouchers krijgen voor ligstoelen en een parasol op het strand, maar dat is ons nooit verteld. Wel wat onderhoudsproblemen in onze kamer: water in wastafel liep niet goed door, water in de douche stroomde de kamer in, waterketel deed het niet goed, maar dat was wel overkomelijk voor de 3 nachten.
