Our daughters had all travelled from western Canada and it was a real reunion for us! With such a large number and lots of differences among us, I was a bit anxious about enough space! 'The accommodations were modern and updated and very clean. The rental is centrally located near downtown. The AC on the second level was not working during our stay which meant opening windows to cool that level. The road noise outside can be loud at times which made sleeping a little challenging. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this rental.'

'We stayed for a week at this beautiful property. The view is absolutely unbeatable! It was a delight to look out the window or stand on the huge balcony. The place is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The downside was the parking which involved backing in on a one way road (for the equivalent to one block). We never figured out the air conditioning on the second floor (meaning some uncomfortably hot nights). We repeatedly tried to contact the owner for three days and...

'Everything we needed was there. Beds were very comfortable. Nicely decorated and very clean. We received prompt replies from our hosts. Their tenant living downstairs was indeed,extremely quiet. Would highly recommend this place to a friend. recommend this place to a frien. '

'We had difficulties at our first apartment however the owners quickly moved us into another location the next morning. The place was clean although we found it odd to find opened food in both the fridge and the cupboards. My only complaint would be that something should be prepared to explain the usage of certain things such as t.v.. wifi is not very fast and the modem required rebooting….good thing we know how to do these things.'

'This property was perfect for us, 2 grandparents and one 10 year old grandchild. Very comfortable bed and pullout in living room suited our grandson a d was esy to fold away during the day. We could walk to most places we wanted to be i. St. John's and there was never any problem getting a parking spot on the street just outside the house.
