Oakmont Place-Luxury Townhouse on the 9th green

Relax and unwind at this perfectly located pet-friendly townhouse on the greens of Country Club golf course. Dining at the popular Oakmont restaurant is a short walk from the townhouse. The spacious deck affords unobstructed views of Mount Elden and the fairway. The townhouse is a short 7-minute drive to downtown Flagstaff for dining and entertainment. This is a perfect spot for day excursions to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Please note Club facilities use is only available to guests who pay a use transfer fee. Transfer fee amount is one time $150 plus one time $35 per person for card printing. Pet fee(dogs only)— $25 for one dog, $30 for two. Two well-behaved dogs max.

Our stay here was okay but I certainly wouldn’t call this a “luxury townhouse” as it is described. Heater is extremely loud especially when it turns on in the middle of the night. Home essentials such as toilet paper, hand soaps & kitchen supplies were very cheap so bad I had to go out and purchase my own. Shower towels were old and beat up as well as bed linens. Mattress was hard and very uncomfortable. The shower has unstable water temperature and the shower water handle gets so hot it’s unbearable I burned my hand when turning it off, definitely unsafe for kids. I will not be rebooking.

The house is very homey! Almost everything is provided from kitchen to bedroom. It is very family friendly. We enjoyed the backyard and did some painting while enjoying the mountain view. We celebrated thanksgiving here and everything is memorable and worth it! The host is very responsive and instructions given is very clear and detailed. We love it!

THE COMMUNITY IS LUSH WITH WELL MAINTAINED GRASS, HUGE TREES AND WINDING ROADS.THE DECK WAS HUGE AND HAD FANTASTIC VIEWS OF THE GOLF COURSE AND MOUNTAINS (GREAT FOR ENJOYING A CUP OF COFFEE, READING OR ENJOYING THE WEATHER).MOST POPULAR FAST FOOD AND CASUAL DINING WITHIN 3 MILES ON RTE 66. MORE PERSONAL RESTAURANTS IN TOWN WITHIN A FEW MILES.THE ONLY NEGATIVE FOR ME WERE THE MANY STAIRS WHICH WERE AWKWARD AND EXHAUSTING.FOR THE MOST PART HOWEVER THIS IS A NICE PLACE.

Perfect Location !

We had a wonderful time for our first visit to Flagstaff! This townhome was a perfect hub for us to visit Sedona, Grand Canyon and all the National Monuments in the area. Our son is a college golfer so this was a perfect place to celebrate his 18th birthday! Beautiful home and course. It's a must to stay out of hustle and bustle but still be so close to everything in the area !

It's always nice when you walk in to your VRBO and it matches or exceeds the online description. This townhome did just that. The location was great and the home set up was perfect. The floors are a bit on the squeaky side, haha but for us it worked.

Home Base for Grand Canyon Visit

Excellent hosts and excellent accommodations. We stayed in Flagstaff for a week-long visit to the area and this property was perfect. Easy access from the highway, yet totally peaceful. Our hosts reached out prior to our arrival to let us know the city was doing a little maintenance near the entrance. While it was no serious impact to us, the proactive effort was very much appreciated. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this property. 5 stars for sure. Thank you Erin & Rob!

Daughter's 21st Birthday

This place was so wonderful to stay in! We were in Flagstaff celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. It was SUPER clean, cozy, and well equipped. The location was beautiful and my husband and I took walks on the golf course. The loft stairs are super narrow so anyone a little bit older or heavier might have trouble navigating them. There were 7 of us staying in the house and we ran out of hot water pretty quickly despite breaking up our showeres. It wasn't a big deal - we just waited a little bit longer in between. It was quiet so my 13 year old was able to sleep well. Everything was really well thought out and taken care of. We will definitely be back!

The condo is just as described. Very spacious and comfortable. We were close by to our family. Very well stocked with all the amenities you need. Excellent communication with the host. Would highly recommend this unit.
