House was exactly as described. Fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. Kitchen completely stocked with everything you'd ever need. Neighborhood was great and just a 2 minute walk to access Flagstaff's extensive trail system. All neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Great Family Retreat

We had the best Thanksgiving with family from all over the state. The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet with great walking trails. Love this place!

Great stay in Flagstaff

Great central location at a nice property. We visited over Spring Break and were centrally located for the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Spring Training in Phoenix. The house was great, the pool table was a fun addition, and the space was overall perfect for what we needed with our group of 7. Would recommend this property again.

Great family house!

This was a perfect location for our family. My 5 year old was so excited for the upstairs loft with all the great toys and our 12 and 9 year old boys played pool every chance they got. They have basically everything you need if you have a family. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Mountain Man Triathlon weekend

4 adults signed up to do the Mountain Man Triathlon so we had some requirements for space, comfort, and proximity to event and this place did not disappoint! Everything was beautiful and comfortable and the check in and instructions were easy and clear. We will definitely book again next year!

Lodging for family wedding

We had lots of room for us and our guests and liked the loft for the kids. The kitchen had all manner of dishes, utensils, and cookware. Nice to have the Nest for temperature control. Easy access to walking trails and wedding venue. Didn't find the iron until after the wedding unfortunately. Very comfortable house.

Good stay

We had a nice stay at this house. It is as-advertised. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. The house was clean and had soft sheets, comfortable linens, and decent beds. The kitchen was sufficient for our needs, but we didn’t cook while there so can’t comment on other aspects of it. The yard is just ok and needs some refreshing, but was sufficient for us.This house backs to a walking path and there are several paths in the forested area of the neighborhood. There are trailheads for hiking/biking just up the road, which was nice. This is a nice neighborhood area and it’s not too far from town - probably about 7-10min to major grocery stores and restaurants. Easy check-in and check-out. I appreciated that they had minimal check-out requirements and they were easy to deal with and friendly. We would stay here again.

Well appointed kitchen, nice sheets, towels. Toys for kids. Our only issue was the spiral staircase to the 2nd landing. A little rickety but gates at both ends.

Beautiful property!

We booked a long weekend to escape the heat of Phoenix. The home was beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and super clean! There are tons of walking and biking trails nearby, accessible literally just out the front door. The backyard is quiet, comfortable, serene. Love that it was dog friendly, they even had dog bowls. The ONLY negative was very weak internet and cellular, but we experienced that elsewhere around town so it might just be a Flagstaff thing. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'll be back!

Great location and very clean

A group of 6 of us went up for the weekend to celebrate a few birthdays. Location was perfect - just far enough away to be quiet and forest like and close enough to all amenities (grocery stores less than 2miles, downtown flag 10mins). House was very clean and super cute! Bonus was everything was very well provided for from TP to condiments. The workspace was perfect for my partner and the pool table was awesome when it snowed and we were stuck inside. My only two nitpicks is there is not enough seating in the living area for groups over 4 (we pulled the stools and chairs over from the pool area) and all but 2 of the pool sticks were broken. Otherwise great experience, will definitely be back!

Our rooms location and view was great. However after a full day traveling via plane to arrive and not even have the bed made, walk on the floor barefoot and have black feet, no toilet paper none. I would think you could provide a little to use til we could get to the store. The building is dated and pretty gross with such a dark hallway you can’t see keypad well. Have to use your phone as a light. We loved view of the ocean but right by the pool is very noisy at night when you want to sleep. Though I received an email regarding this, I never dreamed there wouldn’t be samples to get us thru a day. Not sure what house cleaning fee is for because you are required to do most of it. Bath tub and toiled were clean just the floor was dirty. Keypad quit working and locked us out of our room for an hour….. too bad do sad attitude. The guy from maintenance was a jewel though. I would not book here ever again and am telling my friends to stay away from this complex. In spite of those things the location was perfect and we loved Myrtle beach. The beach is beautiful!

Left early, went to a hotel

House was very clean, had some nice modern touches and it is in a great neighborhood. That's the good. Now the bad. During our first night, the toilet was leaking/running all night and loud enough to prevent us from sleeping. Property management did send someone out to repair the next day but it was an unpleasant first night. The only TV available is streaming using your own accounts. This is great if you have several streaming services, which we do not. No basic cable, no local channels. We essentially had no TV during our stay. Lastly, the next door neighbor dog started barking around 6am and is adjacent to the master bedroom. After no sleep the first night and then the dog barking at 6am, we had enough. We left 2 days into our 4 day stay and willingly gave up the $1,000 we already paid for the last two days. We went to a local hotel. Perhaps this property was not a great fit for us, as it receives terrific reviews, which is why we booked in the first place. But for us, unfortunately, it was a pretty miserable experience.

Spectacular!!!

I can't say enough good things about this property! For starters, it is immaculate! I've stayed in a lot of Vrbo rentals and this place ranks in the top 5 of cleanest properties I've been in. We were traveling with a dog and not only was the property fenced but they even have dog dishes and poop scooper available to use. You couldn't even tell that this place accepts pets, it was THAT clean. One thing that came to mind often during our stay was how much you can tell the owners care about keeping their guests cozy. It was very comfortable! We played many games of pool during our 6 day stay. Another thing, I can't tell you just how much I appreciated having basic supplies already available when we got there. So many properties leave you with 1 trash bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and not any dry seasonings or spices. I didn't have to buy any of that and it really eliminated the first day stress on arrival. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to ANYONE! There are only a few items I noticed. First, the upstairs was very warm when we were there as it was high 90s in Flagstaff. There doesn't appear to be a thermostat up there so having a window air unit up there or something would be nice. Two of the pool sticks were broken before we were at the property so raplacing those when the owner has the chance would be good. Finally the washer and dryer units are probably over 20 years old and could be replaced. The front load washer has mold on the seal.
